Overview
The site Solowheel Europe is the property of VINTIVE company, whose head office is located 12-14 rue Cooler, 75013 PARIS (SARL capital € 15,000, RCS Paris B 504 486 457, VAT number FR05504486457).

These general conditions of sale are intended to govern the contractual relationship between VINTIVE society and the end customer site user Solowheel Europe. Any order placed on our site implies acceptance thereof, which are intended to lay down rules on sales and the rights and obligations thereunder.

The contract of sale of property purchased on the site consists of general terms and conditions applicable at the time of the order and the purchase order. All orders will be charged all taxes (TTC) except for orders destined for overseas territories to be billed excluding taxes. Order Processing Time

Transportation

1. Delivery options
Delivery is at the address specified by you when placing your order. 3. Receipt of the order

Returns Policy

1. Modalities for exercising the right of withdrawal
As of the date of delivery of your order, if you are an individual, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the package within that time (Consumer Code art.
